Baltic Academy of Education
Our mission:
Baltic Academy of Education is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that brings together teachers, psychologists, and education professionals to deliver high-quality training programs. Our mission is to support the personal and professional development of individuals working in the education sector.
Founded in 2022, the association was created by an intergenerational team of motivated individuals with a shared goal: to contribute their knowledge and experience to local and European communities. We are actively involved in local, regional, national, and international initiatives in the fields of education, youth, and social development. We organise trainings for educational staff in different fields, trainings for seniors in languages and computer science as well as different activities for youth.
Our activities include:

- Educational and cultural programs for young people
- Professional Internships in companies
